I'm a fun loving free spirit.

I'm an artist, and a master carpenter. I sculpt.

Wood is my favorite medium, especially figured hardwoods.

The chainsaw is a fantastic tool! Agressive, and vicious, yet dilicate, and acurate. When I carve with the chainsaw, everything in the universe feels right! I LOVE it!

Most of my work doesnt look chainsaw carved when im finished.

I use chisels, powercarving tools, and grinders.

I have a large selection of nice material to work. I have a wide range of subjects, and styles I experiment with. The logs speak to me and I release what I hear.

I build fine furniture. Unique, and full of character. Its utilitarian fine art. My pieces are interesting from every angle, and enhance living areas.

Photography is another artistic outlet I enjoy, and I'm good at.

If I'm not in the shop, or out doing art shows, Im on a steelhead river, hiking the rain forest, or on the beach hunting with my lens.

I live next to the wilderness, and enjoy leaving civilization behind.
